'THE ESSENTIALS' DESIGN PACKAGE

The aim of this service is to alleviate the stress associated with renovations while giving you back your precious time and energy.  'The Essentials' service offers a personal touch.  With this design service I will come to your home and provide an in-person design service.  You’ll have my professional guidance throughout the design process, so you’ll feel confident implementing your new scheme once the design presentation is complete.

Home Interior

The package is priced per room and includes the following for each space:

  • Measured site survey

  • Up to two 2D room layout options per room, drawn to scale with furniture placement

  • One digital mood board per room, showing a cohesive colour scheme, materials, lighting, furniture and accessories

  • 2 rounds of design revisions

  • One 3D concept visual illustrating the proposed layout and overall atmosphere

  • A shopping list with links to key furniture, artwork and accessories (up to five key items per room)

  • Access to a shared trade discount where applicable

  • Face to face design review meeting

  • Full-colour design presentation PDF

These additional services can be added to your package:

  • Lighting & electrical plans - Drawings to show your builder where to put lights and sockets.

  • Joinery drawings – detailed drawings your joiner can work from to create bespoke designs

  • Liaising with trade and other professionals

  • Styling – on-site assistance with installation and finishing touches
