The Essentials Design Package is designed to give you clarity and confidence in your design decisions.
Ideal for clients who are happy to implement the scheme themselves, this service provides professional guidance on layout, colour, lighting and furniture, helping you shape a cohesive and well-balanced interior.
Through a structured design process, you’ll receive a clear design direction and a final presentation that supports confident implementation.
The package is priced per room and includes the following for each space:

Measured site survey where required

Up to two 2D layout options per room, with one final layout developed following review

One digital mood board per room, setting the agreed colour palette, materials and overall design direction

2 rounds of design revisions

One 3D concept visual illustrating the proposed layout and overall atmosphere (indicative)

A curated shopping list with links to key furniture, artwork and accessories (up to five key items per room), selected to support the agreed design direction

Access to a shared trade discount where applicable

Face to face design review meeting

FROM £950 per room (scope dependent)
Projects involving multiple rooms, complex layouts, or integrated design across spaces may be quoted as a combined fee rather than per room.

This package provides a clear, considered design direction. Detailed technical drawings, full specifications, procurement and on-site management fall outside the Essentials scope unless otherwise agreed.
