Based on your new space constraints, I can demonstrate how everything can fit and how to get the most out of your smaller space.

This service can be tailor-made to suit and is based on the needs and requirements of each individual client.  Because each client is unique, my pricing for this service is reflective to each specific job.

Home Interior

  • 20 Minute Discovery Call

  • 90 minute meeting with you and your family

  • On-Site Design Consultation to evaluate and inventory existing furnishings, accessories, art, rugs, etc. that you would like to bring to your new home, sell or donate

  • On-Site Design Consultation in new home to evaluate space and undertake survey

  • 2D Floorplans/ Space planning for new home

  • Help determine best placement for existing items (furnishings, accessories, art, rugs, etc.)

  • Suggestion of new furniture items to purchase for a refreshed design layout/scheme, or completely new design scheme based on suggestions made by the designer

  • Colour Selections & Locations

  • Flooring/Rug Selections

  • Window Treatments

  • Art placement and accessory Styling/Recommendations

  • Schematic design sketches for built in units or other items needed
